I am a bilingual therapist with over 4 years of experience working with diverse populations. I have worked in both private practice and non-profit organizations. I am passionate about helping women feel empowered and confident. Whether that is processing past trauma, overcoming grief, perfectionism, work stress, or parenting. I also enjoy working with families and teens and helping them navigate that season of life.
I am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Therapy (TF-CBT). Additional trainings and experience have been focused on helping individuals managing anxiety, process grief and childhood trauma, and learn emotional regulation. I also integrate expressive arts, experiential activities, and mindfulness techniques to support healing and personal growth.
